The apartment location and accessibility. The apartment was well equipped too.
I feel maybe a couple of blankets would have been useful as it was a bit cold at the beginning.

Appartamento nuovo e in posizione eccellente.
Tuttavia, la comunicazione con l'host è stata nulla (nessuna risposta alle mie richieste) e le caratteristiche della casa non corrispondevano a quanto prenotato, dato che c'era un solo bagno invece dei due segnalati. Un vero peccato.

Not clear address no parking as said in the listing .. it says 2 washroom in the listing

The place is very nice and it has a GYM.
That the staff is very unresponsive. I had to wait for over 2.5 h the first day to arrange for an early check in and also the second day I was wondering about the laundry and they responded on the third day. Not really supportive to be honest. Also in the GYM there is no disinfectant.
