We had a great stay! The location honestly couldn’t be better—it’s perfect for exploring Athens on foot and close to everything.
The room is small but clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. It had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The air conditioning worked extremely well, which was a huge plus during the Athens summer.
The host was also very kind and responsive throughout our stay.
We would definitely stay here again for the excellent location and overall value.
The building itself appears to be older and still undergoing some renovations, but once you’re inside the room, it feels clean and welcoming.

The apartment is in the heart of Monastiraki and has easy access to the street with lots of great shops and restaurants nearby. The bed was comfortable, and the host was very responsive to my messages. They even assisted me late into the night as our plane was delayed and we could not check in until past midnight. If you need an affordable place to stay in Athens, this is a great choice.
The only problem I had was figuring out how to get the water heater to work, but it was a simple matter of switching it on at the panel. Everything else was wonderful!

Posizione perfetta per visitare le attrazioni principali di Atene a piedi senza usare mezzi pubblici, il centro, la metro e le 2 piazze principali a 10min a piedi. Bar sotto casa ottimo. Stanza ideale per 2 persone, completa di tutto. SUPER CONSIGLIATO!!!

The biggest asset of this property was its location, right in the heart of Monastiraki, few steps away from bars, restaurants and activities! The studio was clean and comfortable. Mike, the owner, was very attentive to our comfort and needs and even allowed us an early check in. The apartment was well insulated for sound; with windows closed we could not hear the sounds of music and other activity from the street below.
