Clean, smart, trendy, with plenty of space. Aircon was on when we arrived, wonderful after such a hot day at a festival all day. Loved the balcony for our morning drink too.

The bathroom toiletries should have been a better quality to match the standard of the room. They smelled and felt cheap (the shower gel dried out our skin).

Incredibly safe with coded locks on doors and corridors, vital as a female travelling alone. So spacious, clean and had all the essentials you could possibly need.

The quality of the apartment was excellent, the level of cleanliness also.

There were contradictions between the booking confirmation from Booking.com and the information that subsequently came from Viridian - specifically related to check-in and check-out times - which would have resulted in us incurring additional charges had we gone with the information from Viridian. That needs to be corrected. The information related to the apartment came through in numerous messages - including a personalised package that we received with the check-out message on the day of our departure. It would be easier for the customer if all information was provided in one message, along with the personalised information package as it's of no use to anyone to receive useful apartment/location-related information on the day they are due to leave! Additionally the information provided by Viridian related to door codes needs to be revisited as there are numerous doors in the communal spaces that need a code to get through - and it's a case of trying the codes provided by Viridian to know which one is correct. We are unsure if our experience was because we made a last minute booking - arriving at the property the following day. Even so, it shouldn't be too difficult to provide customers with timely and accurate information whenever they make a booking and check in.
