الشقة في حد ذاتها ممتازة وحديثة من ناحية البناء والتجهيزات وعلى شارع تجاري حيوي تتوفر فيه كل الخدمات الضرورية وقريبة جدا من محطة الباص وتبعد حوالي 10 دقائق سيرا على الأقدام عن محطة المترو.

الشقة محمية من الناحية الأمنية بارقام سرية للمدخل الرئيسي والمصعد إضافة الى باب الشقة. الرقم السري لباب الشقة يتكون من ستة ارقام وهذا مزعج نوع ما (اربعة ارقام تكفي كما هو الحال للباب الرئيسي والمصعد)

Clean, smart, trendy, with plenty of space. Aircon was on when we arrived, wonderful after such a hot day at a festival all day. Loved the balcony for our morning drink too.

The bathroom toiletries should have been a better quality to match the standard of the room. They smelled and felt cheap (the shower gel dried out our skin).

Facilities, layout, furniture, vents, security appliances were absolutely top tier, Aesthetics could be improved, the apartment was well tidied, spacious with great lighting including natural lighting Clean household equipment, utensils, available hygiene supplies also clean sheets, towels, curtains and upholstery. Neat wardrobes and available hangers and generous cabinet storage.

The host definitely needs to do better with their security approach, needs to be more accountable and real-time management needs improvement and lacks exceptional customer service The apartment could definitely do with some character, of course not over personalised but I suggest it should be memorable at least, it seemed somewhat barren personally, I dislike fake plants/trees but each to his own. The apartment is prone to intense and very uncomfortable heat although there's AC. My stay started initially comfortable but eventually turned shockingly unsafe and unpleasant due to a particularly careless mistake by host/management.
