Beautiful apartment in Roma Norte with great views

Nice location, beautiful apartment with a very nice balcony, reliable WiFi, security 24/7, provided towels/sheets/shower necessities

There was no A/C and even though it was cold outside it was very hot the entire time. They only provided one roll of toilet paper and when we asked for more they said no. The elevator was slow/unreliable and even had maintenance during our stay. No cleaning provided even though they did warn about that. Water/drain was super unreliable whether it be freezing cold or scalding hot, there was no in between. We still had a great stay but just wanted to warn other guests since we were unaware of some of these items. We would probably still stay here again.

Only stay if you can tolerate night time noise.

The small apartment was aesthetically nice and clean

The lack of any soundproofing is a SIGNIFICANT issue. There are several bars nearby and remain loud into the early hours. I asked to be moved rooms from the forth to the seventh floor (having to pay the cleaning charge) which was a slight improvement. The agent was understanding and admitted that this is an issue with the whole building and cannot help with external noise issues.

Beautiful modern apartment in a fantastic location.

The unit is very new and clean. One of the best parts is the location. From the window and balcony you can look out on trees and the fountain. One of the best seafood restaurants in town is right across the street, with other restaurants and coffee shops steps away. You're also walking distance to major sites, like the park, castle and museums. The staff was extremely responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here.

La ubicación es muy buena, piedes encontrar de todo alrededor y el apartamento es muy modernos.

La estancia fue muy buena sin embargo, en la mañana hay mucho ruido me pareció que era una bomba de agua que estaba trabajando 😅 no estoy seguro pero era muy ruidoso en la mañana.

La ubicacion es espectacular para cualquiera que quiera explorar Roma-Condesa; llena de opciones de restaurantes de todo tipo y un gran cafe a unos pasos GRAN CIBELES CAFE

Definitivamente el ruido que se escucha desde otros departamentos y del personas de limpieza con su musica a un volumen que se vuelve molesto. Impiden descansar o trabajar tranquilamente

Prima verblijf, mooi appartement, van alle gemakken voorzien en in een leuke buurt.

De locatie was prima. Ontbijten op je eigen balkonnetje met uitzicht op de fontein. Het appartement was ruim en alle benodigdheden, zoals servies, pannen en bestek waren aanwezig. De metrobus was op loopafstand en de omgeving is erg gezellig met veel restaurantjes en naast de OXXO en 7eleven ook een echte supermarkt. De buurt is levendig, maar s-nachts was het rustig.

Het appartement was erg nieuw en er waren nog wat kinderziektes. De gordijnen vielen bij het opendoen naar beneden, maar er kwam heel snel iemand om de boel, weer op te hangen. Dat gold ook voor de droger niet warm werd.

Buena ubicación , limpio, fallas con el agua caliente y problemas con el elevador

Para acceder al departamento en el elevador había que tocar muchas veces el timbre para que pudiera bajar o subir el elevador . Muy complicado para mi gusto. Mi hora de entrega fue hasta las 15:30 hrs porque no tenían limpi a las 15:00 hrs, y no me ofrecieron regresar la media hora que me quitaron, Nos quedamos sin agua caliente .

Une catastrophe, une pompe à argent au milieu de "whitexicains" qui ne pensent qu'à faire la fête.

Le lieu et l'accueil à la réception. Seuls points réellement positifs.

Ce ne sont pas des hôtels, mais des appartements dans un immeuble incluant aussi des appartements privés. Tout est fait pour générer plus d'argent. Ainsi, vous arrivez plus tôt : on demande de facturer. Vous avez un besoin pendant le séjour : le "propriétaire" ne peut rien faire. Nous nous sommes donc retrouvés dans un appartement accolé à un autre, privé, détenu par des personnes faisant la fête : musique à fond, mégots dans le couloir, drogue... Echange virulents pour demander de baisser le son. Même le receptioniste n'osait pas intervenir. Et le propriétaire qui fait la sourde oreille, disant qu'il ne peut rien faire, ni remboursement, ni rien. Le séjour était une telle catastrophe qu'on a du partir à 5 heure du matin. La police est même intervenue. Je n'ose imaginer si une famille avec des enfants avait loué le lieu. Par ailleurs, le lit est un dépliable de mauvaise qualité, ou les lattes cassées sont remplacées par une planche en bois mal découpée (car ça coute cher des lattes à priori).

Muy lindo solo considera que no hay parking gratuito

Súper bien ubicado, muchos restaurantes cerca y se siente muy seguro. Pero NO cuenta con estacionamiento, la descripción dice que si cuenta con estacionamiento gratuito sobre la calle pero no es gratuita la calle debido al parquímetro de la Ciudad de México. Hay algunos estacionamientos públicos de paga cerca pero si es algo caro si no lo tienes contemplado.

Reservé pensando que había estacionamiento gratuito como mencionaba la descripción, pero no lo hubo y terminé pagando mucho en parquímetros y estacionamientos públicos.
