Posizione stra-strategica, vista sul mare top, prezzo imbattibile, proprietari discreti e gentili, lavatrice e internet presenti.
Mobilio cucina/soggiorno leggermente vetusto. Pulizia non del tutto ineccepibile, ma a questo prezzo è difficile lamentarsi. Io aumenterei il prezzo e migliorerei alcune cose, per esempio predisporre una tenda/riparo per la parte esterna molto bella ma non usufruibile per le alte temperature, di giorno.

Le logement est très satisfaisant pour un couple, la situation est exceptionnelle à 6 mn de la médina et 4 mn de la plage à pied. Amine et sa famille sont adorables. Je vous conseille le restaurant de plage La Sirène. Nous y avons séjourné 1 mois pour la deuxième année consécutive.

Die Aussicht auf der grossen Terrasse phantastisch, die Nähe zum Meer, wir gingen in der Badehose barfuss zum Schwimmen, die Nähe zur Medina perfekt!
Mehr oder weniger abgewaschenes Geschirr i m Abtropfkorb aufgetischte. Überhaupt war die Sauberkeit mangelhaft, vgl. etwa den Backofen, der absolut ungünstige Duschvorleger aus Plastik. Der Zustand der Wohnung ist lieblos. Die Matratzen für mich zu hart, nicht für meine Frau und unseren Sohn. Überall Flecken.
