Everything was great.
Everything was perfect with a few small exceptions but they are not serious as for the most part everything was great.
- The uncomfortable door to the toilet in the room is shaped like a train door. It's nice but it makes a lot of noise and doesn't close. - New inconvenient trend at hotels where you are asked for a credit card. It's not something specific to this hotel, but nowadays when we all have phones, we practically don't carry physical cards anymore. The good part is that Apple Pay worked. - As there is no phone in the room, communication is done through a mobile app but when I sent a message with a question, no one gave me an answer. So somehow this app is pointless.

Lovely hotel well appointed.
The decor was amazing. Loved all the special rooms on the first floor. Also enjoyed the sport facility but didn’t get a chance to enjoy the spa. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Beautifully refurbished hotel in Mürren with grand dining hall, fantastic views and friendly staff. Hotel is historic and has invested very recently in a well designed, elegant new style and added a lovely spa area to its facilities. Friendly staff and excellent breakfast buffet.

Stylish Historic Hotel with Incredible Views
This hotel has the wonderful vibe of a 19th-century grand hotel, but freshly renovated and very stylish. Our room and its decor were beautiful, with thoughtful details — even the soap and the coffee machine stood out. Breakfast on the huge terrace was a highlight, with extraordinary views all around. We didn’t have time to try the spa or pool during our work trip, but we’re sure they are excellent. A place we would definitely recommend.
All was fabulous!
