The property was difficult to access. The owner gives you a call to give you instructions to access the keys. There is a combination of gates and doors you need to open. There is a tiny elevator that fits one to two people max. The keys could use a label to properly identify each door. The stairs to the second floor were loose and didn’t feel very safe. The toilet was leaking and we reported this issue the first night and they sent a repair person the next morning to fix it. The owner offered we could stay one more night for free but this did not fit our schedule. Initially we thought they were offering a refund for the first night but this was not the case. The owner speaks mostly Italian so it was a bit difficult for us to communicate in English.

Soggiorno estremamente deludente. L’appartamento si presentava in condizioni igieniche inaccettabili: le lenzuola erano visibilmente sporche e sembrava che qualcuno avesse già dormito nei letti. Inoltre, la ringhiera del balcone era instabile e pericolosa, mentre alcune sedie risultavano rotte e tenute insieme con del nastro adesivo. Considerando il costo di 170 € a notte, la qualità offerta è assolutamente inadeguata. Ritengo che la struttura non rispetti gli standard minimi richiesti da Booking e chiedo pertanto di valutare un rimborso e un controllo sulla conformità dell’alloggio. Non consiglio questo appartamento e non vi soggiornerò mai più.

Bon logement juste
Bon appartement, bien agencé et agréable mais plutôt bruyant (nous avons entendu les voisins jusqu’à 23h et dès 6h) Le logement est bien situé (2mns d’un centre commercial, 10mns du circuit de Monza et 30mns de Milan)
La propreté (des petites traces de sang sur les draps et des cheveux sur les lits) et l’état du logement (prise dans la cuisine tenu avec du scotch, rambarde d’escalier qui bouge beaucoup) c’est dommage.

Ottima struttura, ottimo appartamento, ottima posizione. Padrone di casa molto disponibile a venire incontro alle esigenze.
Bagno un pó da rivedere e sistemare e materassi da cambiare perchè completamente sfondati.
