I liked the location and the ease of arrival.

The neighbors above us liked to run and jump until midnight. A little distracting and disturbing.

The view and beach access was the only thing I liked about this property.

When we first arrived to the property everything was very clean but they had the thermostat set to 75 degrees. We walked in and immediately it smelled musty and just very uncomfortable considering it was in the high 80s when we arrived. They provided one roll of toilet paper and one trash bag for our Monday-Friday stay. Considering they expected us to clean when we left you’d think they’d have provided more trash bags. We needed up having to take the trash out using grocery bags we had from getting groceries. The washing machine is also completely covered in mold and had to be at least 10 years old. We washed our son’s clothes in the washing machine not expecting it to be an issue but transferred a mold/musty smell onto all our clothing items. They called and said they’d have someone come provide trash bags for us and take a look at the washer, no one showed up. You’d think also for a 1300 dollar stay that they’d have the means to provide better facilities. The bedroom ceiling wallpaper is peeling off as well and it just seemed like they tried to paint over it.
