老房改造，房间很干净整洁，设施也新，还在市区，性价比很高

The AC split type is good. The Smart TV and wifi is excellent. The single bed room is enough space for 1 person, the bed is a bit hard for me but its ok. There is a regrigerator inside which is bigger than usual. Bathroom is w white tiles and hot water is perfect. Towel provided w toothbrush too.. The bidet needs repair as it is leaking but not a big problem but better if fixed. Theres 2 bottled water served o. The room per day with coffee sachets also. Theres q microwave oven on 2f or 3f..room has kettles too..laundry on the 1st floor...Room 502 on the 5th floor but not an issue to me as the stairs is easy for me. The bathroom door is frosted glass which creates an illussion of a window, so its not an issue that the room has no window because it felt like theres a window.. Many place to eat nearby and 7/11 a few steps away. Near Ratchatewi station and bus stop also. Place looks new not the usual old building that has smell, this place looks new and clean and smells okay..Price is cheap so its a good deal overall.

Estaba limpio, habitación espaciosa e iluminada, tiene nevera, secadora de pelo, hervidor y menaje. La cama es cómoda y almohadas confortables. Está cerca a la estación de metro Phaya Thai.

No tiene ascensor y no lo mencionan en el anuncio. Me dieron la habitación 601 y subir y bajar 6 pisos es incómodo, no es para cualquier turista.
