繁華街に近くて，安かったこと

表記されていた設備がきちんと使えること。当たり前なのでしょうが、それがとても大事だと感じました（以前、他の宿泊先では、洗濯機がお隣と供用であったり、他の部屋は設備があっても私の宿泊部屋は設備がほぼ無かったことがあったので）。
強いてあげれば、浴室の排水がもっとスムーズなら最高でした（ちょっと排水がゆっくり気味でした）

立地は良かった。
ソファーが汚れていた。駐車場がない。精算方法などメールのやり取りがスムーズにできず、困った。

도심이랑 가까웠어요! 엘리베이터도 있고 좋았어요!
집안 청소가 개선이 필요해 보여요, 카페트 같은게 깔려 있는데.... 차라리 없는게 낳을것 같아요.
식기 같은것도 정비가 필요해 보여요!!
환풍구도 너무 더러워서 제가 물티슈로 한번 딱고 왔어요..
에어컨도 정비가 필요해 보여요!!
