Tinha silêncio.
O proprietário deve deixar claro que é o apartamento dele, não tem banheiro no quarto tem que dividir com outros hóspedes. Não tinha nenhum aviso que era no segundo piso, com escadas para subir...sem acessibilidade.... O proprietário deixa o número de whatsapp no quarto para qualquer dúvida e não responde mensagem enviada. Tivemos dificuldade de saber onde deixar as chaves na saída por falta de comunicação. Não existe jardim como no anúncio. O proprietário me deixou esperando um bom tempo para entregar as chaves, mesmo eu tendo informado que chegaria no horário e cheguei como combinado. Recepção é fundamental.
