Il faudrait penser à mettre quelque chose dans la salle de bain. Risque de chute, eau par terre. Débit d'eau faible.

This fantastically located property offers great potential and we dealt with a lovely lady Nelly who does not speak English.
There are some works to be done. The bathroom is an area for improvement. The shower head is detached (still) and needs to be fixed. We don’t understand why there is no shower curtain as it’s near impossible to shower without drenching the room. The washing machine (laundry) is also located in this room and need to be hardwired into the electrics as presently its a potential OHS matter. The flooring has been laminated and is loose and noisy in a few locations across the apartment. The kitchen sink leaks whilst in use.
