Location was good. The lobby was nice and pool area also. Room was spacious compared to normal hotel room and liked having balcony and kitchen and large refrigerator.
Some cockroaches in kitchen cupboards, the shower fittings old and broken, toilet seat broken and loose.

Location of the 2 Units to MOA was spot on and having shops/laundry services round the corner or across the road was handy.
First room - some floor tiles lifted, mattress to bed was too soft, toilet seat needed re attaching, shower was too slow, not enough crockery, freezer door compartment missing in fridge, not enough selection of beddings aswell as a few other small issues.
Second Room - some floor tiles lifted, air con unit drips/leaks, mattress to bed was too soft, shower was too slow, not enough crockery, freezer door compartment missing in fridge, not enough selection of beddings aswell as a few other small issues.
Kitchen cupboards in both units need updating also.
Not suitable for young families and only for a night or 2.
