1. Sangat menjamin keselamatan lelagi kepada mereka yang membawa anak kecil. 2. Peti ais yang mempunyai kapasiti yang besar, microwave untuk memanaskan makanan, dapur elektrik yang mudah untuk digunakan 3. Wifi laju, mempunyai smart tv (anak-anak suka ya) 4. Bersih, selesa & wangiiii

- just a walking distance to Central iCity. Lots of convinient stores (7e, KK Mart, News.com, etc.) and eateries below the residential areas. - near attractions - it has a balcony to chill - it has washing machine but laundrette are also available at UG floor
- The AC was not cold enough probably due to the hot weather because according to the owner, the AC was serviced and gas has been topped up on the month before. - It is suggested to the owner to check everything before guests checks in (Light bulb, soaps refilled, AC, replace any broken bidet & faucet) - All of the airfreshner are empty & would be better if it is discarded and replaced with new ones so that the apartment smells nice. - Finding parking spot is confusing. Recommended to park at pillar P10/P13 (i cant recall the exact one)
