Sehr schön und geschmackvoll ausgestattet, alles neu und sauber. Liegt innerhalb der Stadtmauer von Bad Neustadt ,tatsächlich ist die Rückseite des Gartens die Stadtmauer. Für die Nutzung des Gartens war es uns viel zu warm (Hitzewelle End Juni 2026) wäre aber auch OK gewesen. Der Parkplatz ist zum Be- und Entladen direkt vor der Tür für die anderen Zeiten gibt es einen Gutschein für einen Parkplatz um die Ecke.

Eine super schöne kleine Wohnung. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause, habe überhaupt nichts vermisst. Von Essig, Öl, Gewürze über Kaffeepads, hinkommen und wohlfühlen. Sehr zentrale Lage, ruhig aber in ca. 5 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Sehr netter Kontakt zur Vermieterin. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Die Nähe der Stadt alles im Apartment vorhanden Riesiger Fernseher, direkt am Bett
Die Beschreibung vom Parkplatz muss eingezeichnet werden. Ich bin zuerst einen Riesenumweg gelaufen.

Das Appartement liegt zentral und ist detailfreudig gestaltet. Selbst der kleine Garten ist sehr liebevoll angelegt. Die Stadtmauer begrenzt den Garten.
