Captans Stay

Location is in the midst of nature away from city buzz, surrounded by beautiful hills. Rooms are decently sized and clean.

Found it a bit overpriced considering the overall experience and that the rooms are basic. Since its monsoon, the room had a strong stink and we had to ask for a room freshner. The food, esp the veg thali is really costly. At 375/- you only get a bowl of rice, a bowl of daal, bowl of 1 bhaaji, 3 chapatis, curd and some salad. At such high price, there should be one more Bhaaji, papad, pickle atleast. The chairs and table in the small balcony werent set up, just stacked and kept in the corner.

Amazing location , away from city and easy to reach .delicious home food , friendly staff . All basic needs are arranged well in advance. Close to lakes and small hills for a serene walk.

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Lonavala. The location is peaceful and surrounded by nature. The approach road is a bit rough, but once you reach the property, it's absolutely worth it—the calm atmosphere and beautiful surroundings make the journey worthwhile. One important thing to note: if you're a **Jio** user, you may face network issues here. During our stay, the property's Wi-Fi was affected due to heavy rainfall, so having a **Vi (Vodafone Idea)** SIM can be very helpful, as it gets good network coverage in this area. As a Jio user myself, I barely had any internet access—and surprisingly, that turned out to be a blessing. Instead of being glued to my phone, I spent quality time with my friends and truly enjoyed some peaceful "me time." It actually made the stay feel even more relaxing and refreshing. Also, I would highly recommend choosing the **in-house food** instead of ordering from Zomato. The food prepared by their in-house cook/caterer was fresh, delicious, and homely. It was one of the highlights of our stay. Overall, it's a great place to relax and unwind. Just be prepared for the road and the network limitations, and you'll have a lovely experience.
