It was peaceful, clean, and reasonably well appointed. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and all were air conditioned and of good size.
One bathroom is difficult, without a separate toilet, but we made it work. Not all hot plates were working and the cane garden furniture is in pieces.
It was perfect for an event in Broke but removed and a bit of a drive from Pokolbin, its wineries and restaurants.

Beautiful peaceful location, very well equipped. Easy access & instructions.
The outdoor garden furniture was completely broken with none of the seats able to be used. Bring your mosquito spray for sunset on the deck.

I had booked the location to surprise my husband, he had been craving absolute escape from society. The house was certainly remote!
I didnt realise there was another rental property within 100 metres which was also occupied.
The lounge room was very small, too small to really be used comfortably. For some reason the fuse box turned the power off to the fridge and the milk and food we brought had to be thrown away.
The tap water was off limits and we were advised to buy water, at $6 a litre at the Pokolbin area general store it was disapppinting to nopt have that provided for us.
