花さとさんご利用させていただきました。旅行サイトのBooking.comさんの不手際で、予約が入っていなかったようですが、女将さんはじめ、スタッフの方々はすぐにお部屋を用意してくれたり、お食事やサービスなどの対応もとても良く、急遽対応してくださったことに感謝しています。お食事も美味しかったです。
宿の良くなかった点はありません。旅行会社Booking.comさん、しっかり対応をお願いします。
