A clean, well-organized and comfortable single bedroom apartment suitable for a couple. Big picture, it's fine with a responsive host. Good WiFi and walking distance to groceries, a gym and a drugstore. The niggling complaints below don't detract too much from a fine property that offered fair value in an expensive neighborhood.
My wife noted that the cold water tap emits hot water most of the time. The queen mattress is saggy. We didn't have instructions for operating the TV and cable box, so that was off limits. There wasn't a dish drainer in the kitchen. My single complaint was that the floorboards squeaked in the upstairs apartment making sleep more difficult after 6:15 when the upstairs tenant was up.
