Soft Life Crib in Lavington - Dine, Wine & Relax

Location: - It is very good and quiet. We only hear a dog from the neighborhood barking every night. Facilities: - Gym worked well, it has an instructor which controls its use and maintenance. - Elevators modern and fast. - Nice rooftop with views to the city and sunset/sunrise. - Security 24h and limited access to the bloc (specific key) Apartment: - Sofa and bed comfy - TV works well. - Washing machine (we asked for detergent and they brought for us) - Kitchen is clean and modern. The refrigerator and cooker worked well.

Staff/caretakers (this needs serious supervision and changes to make stay pleasant) - Security guards were not very friendly neither good at communicating. - Cleaning services were not reliable with the time and fulfilling the requests made. - Caretaker (Evanson) was responsive to our demands but not proactive enough. He showed up the first day but there were many things he did not sorted out (key to access the block, etc.). And then he was totally absent to check people's work (workers that he sent to the apartment to provide services needed). For instance he delegates in the house keeper things that he promised to do and at the end this made us step on things that were beyond our responsibility (communicating constantly with him during the stay for reporting if we get the services, etc.). Concretely, a person came with the house keeper to check the electric problem and promised to repair it that day in the afternoon but never came back. After informing this to Evanson he sent another electrician during dinner time. After, he agreed to come the day after meanwhile we would be out of the apartment (evening) and when we come back we found the entry door wide open. Anyone could be able to access and get our things and this is a huge red flag, threatening the security. We were very disappointed and upset. Apartment equipment: - Lack of preparation and readiness to provide dishwasher soap, hand soap, bath soap etc. - Mosquitoes are everywhere, so it will be advisable to install mosquito nets. - Water dispenser so modern but not functional. Bathroom: - Water pressure was not good at all and we reported this issue that they promised also to repair but they didn't. We hope the new guests have this solved before their stay. - hot water takes a while (not eco-friendly) Neighborhood: - Construction works were happening all day if your plan is to chill and relax at home or telework it is not comfortable.

The location is prime so getting anything I needed was easy. The security of the area was also good. I like how clean the space was too.

It was a bit complicated using the water heater so I had to wait it out. It was sorted though quickly by Evans so it was great after.
