Elevators - 5 of them (trust me, elevators are an issue in many buildings in that area)
Security staff (same as with the elevators, in other buildings they are annoying; here they were very cool).

Noise - construction site a few meters from the building (May 2025).
The appartment could use a refresh. The ShoresInn team did a great job with the decor, nevertheless, the buildings in Marina started showing their age, and there's not much that you can do if the building management doesn't favor upgrades.
