El apartamento está totalmente reformado, se encuentra en la segunda planta de una casa antigua. La decoración es muy bonita y tiene todo lo necesario. Hay ventilador de pie, muy necesario ya que se concentra mucho calor al estar en el último piso. La ventana es muy aislante y cerrada no se oye el ruido del tráfico. Nos dieron opción a entrar a primera hora de la mañana, lo cual es de agradecer. Hay café e infusiones para el desayuno, y algunas especies de otros huéspedes.
Había arañas y varias telarañas en el techo de la habitación. Y la ventana exterior estaba muy sucia, así como la mesa y sillas de la terraza. La entrada del edificio también está muy descuidada. Faltaba espacio para dejar la maleta abierta o un armario vertical con estanterías aunque es un apartamento muy pequeño y tal vez no haya espacio. No había información turística o instrucciones en español.
