Excellent location. Sapporo station and Hokkaido university are just 15 minutes on foot. Kita jusan jo higashi station is less than 10 minutes away on foot. Easy access to major tourist spots like Odori park. The unit/room is new, pleasant, and functional. Kitchen tools are complete so cooking is enjoyable. There is a comprehensive instruction manual for everything. Basic supplies are replenished every 4 days. Excellent wifi. Safe location. Prompt response from the management.

The people managing the facility has an unacceptable and impractical policy regarding trash collection. It's okay to collect the trash every 3 or 4 days, but it's not okay to require the guest to leave the trash inside the unit for collection and have the guest leave the key in the key box so the staff can enter the unit (without the guest) to collect the trash. Requesting the guest to leave the key for a rented property so others can access it just to collect trash is impractical, unsafe, and somehow violates the privacy of the guest. The management should just explain to the guest to leave sorted trash on a specific day at the garbage container located outside the building. I should add that because the management collects trash only every 4 days and requires guests to keep the trash inside the unit, it ends up smelling bad due to accumulated trash for days.

場所がめちゃくちゃ分かりづらい せめて建物の名前ぐらい書いておくべきだと思う 嵐のライブのせいで料金高く設定されていたのが残念

チェックイン、チェックアウト、鍵の受け取りがわかりやすい説明でよかったです。 部屋が綺麗で清潔でした。少し歩くとコンビニやドラックストアやスーパーが、あるので困ることはありませんでした。 また、札幌に来ることが有れば利用したいです。 ありがとうございました。
