Location, everything was completely organized all labeled easy to define nice welcome kit. Nice touch.

Underneath the bed, it had not been swept. There were crumbs and on the floor in the second bedroom in the master bedroom I cannot sleep because the fan made such a loud noise. It needs to be fixed and I need a fan to help me sleep and to keep me cool at night

Like the house, the location, house was well equipped, looked recently renovated and nicely decorated

Location was perfect. Far enough from town to not be crowded on the beach or on the street, but close enough to get anywhere within a reasonable time. The entire property was quiet and clean. Home was spacious enough for four adults and two children. Stocked with most everything you could possibly need (kitchen items, extra blankets, etc.). The kitchen was super organized! The house itself (including bathrooms and showers) was very clean. Beds were comfortable. The mini golf/shuffleboard area and the closet with the beach toys were a fun bonus!

The twin bed still had linens on from a previous guest (the previous guest's hairs were still in the bed and on the pillowcase). The linens for the pull out sofa were supposed to be in the upstairs linen closet, but we were never able to locate them. And the pull out sofa mattress needs...*attention* - we were able to adjust the sleeping arrangements to avoid using it. The rest of the stay was excellent, and this was a minor thing that I only mentioned because I was specifically asked what I didn't like.
