Be ready to go without TV, communication from host, and understand the "3 bedrooms" definition.

House was clean and has nice river view.

1.) False claim of 24 hour front desk. Upon arrival the TV and cable were disconnected, with error messages and we called immediately. We received a text saying they were busy with clients. No one ever called us but they did say a technician may need to come, as previous guest may have used a fire stick. Long story short as possible- no TV the ENTIRE 4 day stay, and later said technician would need to come after our departure. Maybe if there had been an actual person anywhere, they could have helped figure out the TV. 2.) This "3 bedroom" setup was so creepy for us being so remote out in the woods. The bedrooms downstairs have their own keys and are more like separate apartments. I didn't pick up on that from the picture. The upstairs is the house/kitchen with kitchen/ living room and one bedroom, and a daybed in the living room (and hot tub in dining room lol). None of us were about to go sleep downstairs in our own rooms and we all stayed upstairs. That is not even my issue- it really was just a huge disappointment to sit there with no TV the whole time. (Due to the weather we weren't sitting and enjoying the outside.)
