O condomínio e o apartamento são muito bem equipados, tem mercadinho interno e portaria 24h A cozinha é muito bem equipada e o espaço interno do flat é muito bem distribuído com a mobília
O ar-condicionado é um pouco deslocado em relação a cama e parece ser um subdimensionado, mas não chega a atrapalhar o sono.

Nao tem Duchinha higienica Nao tem Lugar para shampoo e condicionador no box (tive que colocar no chao) Falta Pendurador de toalha de rosto na parede junto da pia Falta pendurador de toalha de corpo (normalmente colocam um aramado acima do vaso) O Exaustor do banheiro esta intermitentemente fazendo um ruido chato Falta um Abajur So tem 1 garfo O Lencol que forra o colchao nao é de elastico (sai do lugar) Interfone nao discava
