Cozy is the word! Super friendly and comfy! Best place I’ve stopped so far in Tauranga. Great facilities, epically comfy bed. Lounge and kitchen where I could just relax and brilliant hot shower. Everything you want when away from home.
Ermmm… wish it was closer to work, haha. Not a negative as this was a really good spot for me to stop during the week while at work.

I liked that the accommodation was very clean. It was clear that there was great care for the cleanliness and hygiene of the space.
Everything was very tidy and well organized.
What I didn’t like was that when I made the reservation, it was not mentioned anywhere that it was a guest room in a shared house.
Although we didn’t run into the owners, it is still a shared space and not a private apartment as it appears to be described on the listing. Because of this, I didn’t feel that I had the level of privacy I expected for what I paid.
There were no problems during the stay, but I did not feel the level of privacy I was expecting.
