Location and cleanness.
Very poor communication from the host, not well responsive.

The stay was relaxing, but the bed linen (the pillowcases with lint on them) was old, and the exterior windows were dirty and full of spiders. Inside, it was clean, and the location was fairly close to the falls

The property was gorgeous
So most of the stay was pleasant. The shower curtain on the bottom was brown. The bathroom walls and door are dirty in general. The floors were sticky and dirty.
