Dans l’ensemble, le logement est bien : propre, literie confortable, et nous n’avons manqué de rien. Le service de ménage quotidien est un vrai plus et rend le séjour plus agréable. L’interlocutrice est également très réactive : nous avons eu un souci d’eau chaude et elle est venue le régler rapidement. un 7-Eleven est à proximité (environ 5 minutes à pied), ce qui est très pratique. Idéal pour un court séjour dans cette zone, mais à éviter si vous recherchez du calme.
En revanche, le bâtiment en lui-même est assez décevant : la devanture est négligée et le hall donne une impression d’abandon. L’isolation est très mauvaise, ce qui rend le logement très bruyant : on entend beaucoup les bruits extérieurs, notamment la route à côté (scooters, voitures, musique), ce qui peut être gênant, surtout la nuit. Côté localisation, c’est légèrement excentré : il faut marcher un peu sur la route pour rejoindre le centre (environ 10 minutes à pied de Malin Plaza)
