The apartment was nicely styled with cooking facilities, a nice bathroom, comfortable bed, a tv that worked , the fridge was small but practical and worked well. It was close to a tram stop which took you directly into the main hub and attractions. They even had ice cubes in the freezer ready to go especially given the heat wave. The apartment is spacious, not big and not too small. There was a Lidl store walking distance, many bakeries and it was quiet and in a very local area. The video instructions on finding the place from the management group was great and they made the apartment available earlier than normal which was also great.

Unfortunately the air conditioning unit looked like it hadn’t been serviced since new and worked just as it looked, terrible in that it wasn’t cooling the house as normal. I made management aware and they said they would have someone look into it. No cleaning products to clean any kitchen appliances or utensils despite having a functioning kitchen. I made management aware of this on the first day and didn’t hear back from them until the day we left. There was an apology and an offer to buy us breakfast about an hour after we had already left the apartment to travel elsewhere. I nice gesture, but I’m a little suspicious about the timing of the offer and the lack of communication while we were there. Another issue with the air conditioning is the overfill bottle hidden behind a curtain. This almost overflowed and could have flooded the apartment. Last I checked, this is far from compliant with building code and I wonder who would be liable for any water damage to the apartment. But all in all a nicely appointed apartment.
