Soleil Residence - Charming 2BR Holiday House with Garden at Protaras - Konnos Area

This is a lovely, very well equipped house just 10 mins by foot from lovely beaches. We were a family with 7 year old and our grandmother, and there was absolutely everything we may have needed. Lovely garden with chairs and sun umbrella, garden table for mornings and then one for afternoons at the back, washing machine, all kinds of utensils you could think of, cooking ingredients, and a fridge full of local delicacies! The neighbourhood is very quiet, with a large meadow at the back. Rooms are comfortable, lots of wardrobe space, terrace as well. We visited the nearest beach with the kid, 10 mins walking, other beaches were 5-15 mins by car. The owner Helene is lovely and available to assist. We had such a relaxing vacation, can't wait to come back again!

Everything was great!

Perfect holiday at a perfect place! We spent 10 days at this villa in June and everything was absolutely fantastic! The house is spacious, bright, and beautifully furnished, with great attention to detail – from the fully equipped kitchen to the super comfortable beds. We especially loved the two terraces: mornings were spent having breakfast with a garden view, and in the evenings we enjoyed wine and sunsets on the other one. The garden is lush and beautiful, full of greenery and flowers – it really felt like a little oasis. Most of the beaches (Konnos, Fig tree bay, Green Bay) is just a few minutes’ away with car. The villa also has a covered parking space in the yard, which was a big plus during the hot summer days. The host, Heleni was incredibly kind and helpful – always available if we had any questions, and you could really feel that they care about their guests. Everything was just perfect for a relaxing holiday – we’ll definitely be back! 🌞🌴
