Cómodo y muy luminoso 2 ambientes cerca Movistar Arena

El departamento es cómodo, limpio, iluminado. Sonia excelente anfitriona, nos dió todas las indicaciones para el ingreso al edificio con recepcionista las 24 hs. La zona donde está ubicado es segura frente a una hermosa plaza con bares y restaurantes muy pintorescos, ademas pocos metros se encuentra el Movistar arena, del subte y líneas de colectivo que conectan con Once, Florida, 9 de Julio y el centro.

Todo nos gustó

Me gustó mucho el departamento, estaba limpio y ordenado. Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar una cómoda estadía. Cuenta con cocina y todos los utensilios, pava eléctrica, microondas, heladera, 2 televisores, plancha, secador de pelo y el Wi-Fi funcionaba bien. Me encantó la ducha y también el balcón. Hay supermercados y restaurantes cerca y distintos medios de transporte (colectivos, subte, etc.). Sonia la anfitriona fue muy amable.

Buena ubicacion. Porteria y seguridad siempre amables. Lavadero.gimnasio.buenisimo! Sonia siempre atenta... es una fantastica persona...cualquier problema se arregla en seguida sin dramas...volveremos en el futuro exactamente aca.

Hay que agregar un espejo grande.

Thanks for a super stay! The location was excellent – in a safe neighbourhood and within easy walking distance of some fantastic restaurants, cafés, and the beautiful Chacarita Cemetery. Check-in was straightforward, with the friendly and helpful doorman handing over the keys. Sonia was an excellent host throughout – always communicative and quick to respond to any questions. The apartment would also be ideal for a longer stay, thanks to the fast Wi-Fi and useful amenities such as the gym and laundry facilities. The lovely morning sunlight, which warmed the apartment during the cold winter days and made sitting on the balcony (which has a great view) a pleasure, was a particular highlight. Oh, and the shower is amazing – perfect pressure and piping hot!

There were no major negatives. The only minor inconvenience was that we needed to withdraw US dollars for payment because we don't have an Argentinian bank account, but this wasn't a significant issue. The laundry also requires tokens purchased separately, which adds a small extra step. The televisions (one smart TV and one standard TV) are a little dated, although this wasn't important to us. Having two TVs – one in the bedroom and one in the living area – was still a nice bonus. Overall, we felt very safe and comfortable, and we could happily have stayed much longer.
