Descanso Premiun Cama King y AA

This is a newer building so everything was in fairly good condition. I liked the outdoor pool and patio area, the small gym and laundry room in the basement and the location although wasn't the most quiet it is about a 20 minute walk to Downtown and also to Barrio Italia and a subway station. The front desk staff were also quite helpful and there are no less than 8 mini markets in the same block as the hotel

My main complaint was noise from the street below. Had this unit faced the interior patio and pool area it would have scored even higher from me. in addition to the street noise there is a parkade across the street that has an annoying warning noise that sounds like a swarm of cricket every time a car leaves the parkade which during week days seems to be every few minutes. The other comment I would make is that although the unit has a small balcony the noise of the parkade prevented me from not only siting out there very much but I tended to keep the sliding glass door closed to not hear that noise but the air conditioner is only in the bedroom and it wasn't able to adequately keep the unit cool on hot days. It may just need servicing but for my 10 day stay it was a noticeable issue for me.

The apartment I booked wasn't available, but the replacement was good.

Upon arrival there were no bed sheets or a blanket.

Todo muy limpio y aroma bueno, todo a la mano, muy buena ubicación, lugar tranquilo y comodo, ademas de buena atención por parte de anfitriona.

Unico detalle es que el lavamanos demoraba mucho en bajar el agua
