Happy Yonder - Piața Romană - lângă metrou

I traveled solo as a single woman and this apartment is quite large and comfortable. There was a nice kitchen, enclosed balcony, living room, bathroom, and large bedroom with a closet. A washer was a nice addition. The apartment is literally 1 minute from the metro line and has easy access to the bus lines (right out the front door). I paid $.60 USD(cents) each way to take the bus to and from the airport as the bus line was immediately in front of the apartment. The same amount of time as an uber or taxi and for pennies. The bus runs all night and I was able to take the bus at 2:00 A.M., arrive safely at the apartment, walk across the street and get into the building all safely and securely. While I was not particularly fond of "Old Town" - it's an easy 25 minute walk, the Tram 21 is a 20 minute walk and you can walk to many cool little local cafes and restaurants within in minutes (such as La Mița Biciclista) and a grocery store was a 3 minute walk. The apartment was exceptionally clean and organized and the hostess was kind and generous with small treats/water,etc. which was appreciated. I didn't use the TV, but there was one available if this is your thing.

There wasn't much I didn't like, but it is an apartment building so you will hear some (very little though, very, very little) of other people who live in the building. This was not a huge concern and not something I would consider an issue. Overall, the apartment was great.

Very clean, very nice staff.

The best appartement I could choose. It was extremely clean, had a lot of amenities, it was just outside of the metro station and the bus stops at the center of the city. The owner was really kind and helpful with everything! When I come back to bucharest, I will choose it again.

That i stayed only one night. I wish I could spend more nights there 😀. I hope next time!
