Great location and well furnished. The terrace is fabulous. A canopy gives shelter from the sun and lots of good seating.

Excellent location . Just 2 min to the Beach by walk . Train station just in front. Super friendly and helpful host . Aircondition works on both bedrooms .
Bathroom and toilet separated which is good but very very small . No hand wash in toilet . The second bedroom is small but manageable.

Die Lage und der Empfang war klasse.
Ein paar Kleinigkeiten die von Anfang an nicht funktioniert haben und im Nachhinein geregelt werden mussten. Allerdings nur halb so schlimm.

Wir waren vom 05.07.-13.07. hier. Top Ferienwohnung in einer Top-Lage. Abgeschlossene Wohnanlage gegenüber dem Meer. Wir konnten zu Fuß zum Strand laufen, wenige Meter. Strandstühle und Sonnenschirm war vorhanden. Es gibt einen Kiosk am Strand, Wasser war super. Die Wohnung selber hat Klimaanlage und eine Terrasse. Es gibt einen Pool, der zur Wohnanlage gehört, einen Garten. Gleich gegenüber zwischen Wohnanlage und Meer ist die Bahnstation Cannes La Bocca, so dass man überall per Zug fahren kann. Ausstattung der Wohnung war sehr gut, der Vermieter sehr nett, und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
