Staff named Mr. Anwor was a good and warm welcome attitude person.

Average room facilities provided. Not even a small table available in room for taking food and to keep a bottle of water. We sit on bed and take food. Nearby only few restaurants available. When we tried to get a food parcel service in room the request was rejected by restaurant by saying no delivery boy available. The white house had no enough power backup facilities. We took an air condition room by pay extra charge. So many times power supply failed. That time they have inverter only to back up power. That was limited with fan and light only. Outside surrounding was not clean and back side there is a river. Parking is in front of building. So many street dogs are there. They urinate my car's tyre and was feel ugly and bad smell. No toiletries provided. Handle to keep bath towel was broken. A small bucket was provided.
