Great location. Great staff. Clean bedsheets and pillow covers.
The bathroom requires more maintenance. No hot water since it is a solar system and I was there during monsoon.

Very easy to get transport. very good value for money if you need to be in the area. Would come back!

very well located for lakeshore hospital. may be not ideal for other ernakulam activities
The area was the biggest let down. road leading to the property is a big let down, especially during rainy season. The caretaker in very good but he is not a native of kerala. it wasn't a problem for me but may not suitable for native people who is not able to speak other languages. Booking.com didn't warn that the property is not available for foreigners. The caretaker rang me and said you need to cancel the booking if i am a foreigner, luckily i had the indian id's with me.
