La ubicación cercana a la playa, restaurantes y comercios.
Estaban rotas las cortinas de la ventana é ingresaba el sol directo aumentando la temperatura del ambiente. Faltaba mantenimiento y limpieza en la heladera y pocos elementos de cocina.

The location is superb: very close to the beach and in an avenue that is full of shops and businesses. The building itself has 24h security so it's perfect for a city where people complain so much about lack of safety. The flat itself is great and there is no key, just a code that you enter in a keypad on the door. The flat is comfortable enough and being on the top floor of the building makes it a little more special.
I only have two points of improvement. First, that there should be curtains. There aren't any and so it's impossible to sleep after a certain hour - I always woke up at 5 or 6am and that was it. Also, the pillows are, quite frankly, really really bad. If these two things were changed then this place would be perfect!

Location was excellent
The apartment wasn’t professionally cleaned before our arrival. The floor was full of sand and hairs.
