I have stayed at this property in the past and have enjoyed my stay. The accommodations remain excellent for this part of the world. Israel the host is very friendly. The apartment is close to everything you need for food. This is definitely a family friendly place to stay, close to the water park.

What is new is that on the first floor there is a daycare that opens at 8 in the morning. I am 65 and not used to children crying early in the morning. But I was able to sleep in by using earplugs.

It was very clean with central location. Easy walk to many things which suited our needs. Secure off road parking.

Traffic noise and a few neighborhood dogs, but it wasn't excessive. We slept fine. If quiet solitude is what you seek, this is central town.... So you can hear street activity.

I’m giving this stay a solid 10 across the board. The apartment looks exactly like the photos on Booking—clean, stylish, and thoughtfully arranged. Israel, our host, was warm, friendly, and incredibly accommodating. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. There was always plenty of hot water, and while we only made coffee, the kitchen was well-stocked for cooking. The apartment is located in a fairly quiet area, making it easy to get a good night's rest. Like many places in Ecuador, you might hear the occasional barking dog, but it was never disruptive or constant. I woke up feeling refreshed every day. One highlight of our trip was visiting the nearby Botanical Garden “Las Orquídeas”—a must-see. Be sure to take the guided tour to fully appreciate the 25-acre rainforest conservatory and its incredible biodiversity. In short, I highly recommend staying here—this is a top-notch apartment in a perfect location for exploring Puyo.
