Villa's Gio Shala River

Location was great and the hostess were very kind and helpful. Also could stay on the lounge chairs located in front of the hotel.

The cabin itself was good and clean. However, our bed was broken before we arrived causing the matras to be concave in the middle. This could be fixed but everytime we moved in the bed, it would fall again. This made sleeping a bit of a hassle. Breakfast was also very simple. This was our most expensive stay in Albania and had a least experience. It was fine but we would have expected a bit more.

A localização é ótima, de fácil acesso, mas não leve malas pesadas porque é subida. Os stafs são muito simpáticos e disponíveis. O valor do caiaque foi super em conta e depois das 17h eles deixam usar de forma gratuita. O café da manhã é simples e tradicional, mas até deram-nos um doce em comemoração ao aniversário da minha amiga e foram super prestativos.

As toalhas estavam úmidas em cima das camas quando chegamos, mas logo que falamos, eles enviaram novas toalhas. Não existem muitas opções variadas de comida, mas para uma noite é suficiente. A água quente não aguenta 3 banhos, em um quarto para 4 pessoas.

Het bed was echt fantastich, de kamer was mooi en de eigenaren waren erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het restaurant was gelijk beneden en de prijs was goed te doen en het was heerlijk eten. Blij dat we voor deze locatie hebben geboekt, Van te voren vroegen we welke boot we moesten nemen en ons werd uitgelegd waar we auto konden parkeren, hoe we konden meerijden met een shutllebus naar de desbetreffende boot. Ook de terugweg ging heel voorspoedig. Al met al een aanrader.

It was clean and was a nice set up. Overall the accommodation wasn’t too bad just Shala River as a whole was disappointing.

Very loud if your conjoining neighbour coming in and out and door a lot. It felt like someone was opening to door to our room when it was actually next door. Light and shadows coming into room as blinds don’t cover all of the window. Staff were friendly but with lack of staff it was hard to get a timely responses for the money we paid. Shala River as a whole was disappointing. Trash everywhere starting with the lake coming to this accommodation. Dirty nappies, cigarettes and piles of trash left around the river - not speaking on this accommodations staff but it felt like no one was taking accountability of this trash which allowed it to flow into the beautiful water. We left a night early cause we couldn’t handle it. Wouldn’t recommend staying in this area full stop but as for this accommodation it wasn’t too bad but too expensive for this experience.
