Villa’s Gio was such a beautiful stay. It was clean, comfortable and in a great location. We were lucky enough to get a Villa with a view of the river. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even carrying my very heavy suitcase up multiple sets of stairs (sorry to that poor man). They made us a delicious, fresh Albanian style breakfast the next morning and were helpful in organising our return travel from Shkoder and then down to Tirana.
The only minor thing to note was that the transfer information was slightly confusing, e.g. which boat to get on at Komani Lake / which bus to get on back to your city of choice. Just make sure you reach out to Villa’s Gio to triple check everything and definitely get an E Sim so you can communicate with them. It can be quite hectic at the ferry terminal.

Pidin huoneesta. Kuin olisin ollut kotimaassani. Paikassa oli myös telttailu mahdollisuus ainakin majoituspaikan omalla teltalla. Olisimpa voinut kokea sen vielä

Alles tot in de puntjes geregeld, van ophalen met de boot tot het fijne ontbijt. Spreken zeer goed Engels, en de hutjes zijn nieuw, prachtige ligging iets hoger en super schoon. Ontbijt is traditioneel en lekker.
