Wonderful
The apartment was exactly as it could be grasped from the name - sunny and bright. The kitchen and everything else were well equipped and clean, the location is great, and all the stores could be reached by car in less than 10 minutes. The terrace was an amazing and really needed add-on for the summer days. Communication with the host was fast and smooth, and everything was explained well, including the parking. Thank you for a great stay!

Alles in allem war die Wohnung für uns ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Besuche bei unseren Kindern und Ausflüge auf die Alb.
Eine große modern eingerichtete Wohnung. Ein breites bequemes Bett. Eine gut funktionierende Dusche!
Das Einparken in den Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage war etwas schwierig.

Wirklich schöne Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung und freundlichen Vermieter
Top sauberes Appartement mit viel Platz und guter Einrichtung und Austattung. Alle Annehmlichkeiten einschließlich TG Stellplatz mit einfachen Zugang zur Wohnung. Freundliche und unkomlizierte Kommunikation seitens des Vermieters - alles wurde ausführlich erklärt und hat auch funktioniert. Die Lage der Wohnung ist auch gut. Ca. < 100 m zur Bushaltestelle mit Verbindung zum Flughafen/Messe, nach Stuttgart-Mitte und nach Esslingen. Das spart teure Parkhauskosten rund um Stuttgart.
TG- Stellplatz etwas eng zwischen den Säulen, für große SUV's wohl ungeeignet. Kann aber nix machen ausser mit einem kleineren Fahrzeug anzureisen :)

Autobahn und Flughafen in der nähe (Autobahn 2 km, Flughafen 8 km). Flugzeuge zu schauen für Flugzeugfreunden! Schöne umgebung, schöne saubere Wohnung. Bequeme Tiefgaragenparkplatz.
Tiefgaragenplatz ist bisschen eng (breite) für meiner Auto (MB E-Klasse).
