Very nice ground floor condo! Easy drive to Winter Park. Grocery store nearby. Sidewalks for walking. Well stocked with essentials. Great communication from Evolve and the owner. We would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed in many places in various states, and it doesn't get better than this condo. The three most important things to us when we stay somewhere is cleanliness, the kitchen provisions and the comfort of the beds. This condo was immaculate and there was no detail missed. The kitchen was stocked with every last thing imaginable. The beds were perfectly comfortable. The personal hot tub was a great amenity to enjoy at the end of every day. We'd go back to Winter Park just to stay in this cozy, condo set in a well-kept village of condos. It's obvious this owner has good taste in decor and takes pride in his property!

We loved the location of this condo. It was close to Safeway for groceries & many restaurants. Being on the ground floor was so convenient! The condo is well appointed with nice finishes and amazingly tall ceilings. The hot tub was perfect after a long day of skiing! We hope to stay again in the summer.
