The apartment is located in a new building and looks exactly as shown in the photos. It was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Toiletries were provided, and the apartment was equipped with a refrigerator, a coffee machine, and enough coffee for a 4–5 day stay. We had business in the northern part of the city, so the location was perfect for our needs.
The remote control for the air conditioner was not in the apartment when we arrived, so we had to contact the host to have it provided. We found this a little unusual, especially considering it was summer and quite warm outside. Other then that, I would have give a perfect 10 score!
