Der Garten ist sehr schön und grosszügig. Perfekt mit Hund & Kinder. Fussläufig ins Zentrum.
Klimaanlage wäre von Vorteil im Hochsommer. Es hat aber Ventilatoren. Parkplatz nicht vor dem Haus (ausser für ganz kleine Autos), hat uns nocht gestört.

Nous avons adoré l'appartement il est idéalement situé à deux minutes à pied du lac de Côme. L'appartement est vraiment bien équipée... le linge et serviette sont fournies tout est propre un vrai régal.. merci encore à notre hôtes fulvio qui a était très réactif et au petit soin pour nous...
Le seul point négatif c'est qu'il n'y a pas de parking pour le véhicule. il y en a à une centaine de mètres mais c'est avec une zone bleue à part ça le reste est vraiment super
