A simply wonderful house and gem of a find and great value.

Perfect house for a family gathering or, in our case, a quiet 5 day January getaway for two (plus our dog) getting plenty of walks on the neighbouring beaches (with closest one across the road !). Needless to say, we did not require use of the additional apartment on the 2nd floor but a great option for a larger gathering. We arrived on 4 January to a wonderfully warm house with every mod con for home away from home. Extremely comfortable beds. Flawless communication with Philippe and Christine and a welcome bottle of local cider on arrival and guides and tips for visiting all the local attractions and restaurants. We were sorry not to be able to sit on the enormous terrace and enjoy their company but it was January after all ! The property shares a private driveway with two other houses owned by Philippe and his brother but those houses are to the front with their own gardens so plenty of privacy.

Truly amazing villa on a great location

Incredible view and location just a few meters from the beach. Beautiful villa with very well maintained garden. Inside the villa you will find all what you need for a holiday. Plus it’s big and authentic, very clean, comfortable bed and great places to sit in the house. The host Philippe was very kind and helpful.

Très belle maison, dans un magnifique environnement, à recommander, vraiment. Hôtes très sympas !

Magnifique emplacement près de la plage. Une belle vue des deux chambres côté mer. Les hôtes sont venus nous rendre gentiment visite peu de temps après notre arrivée, nous conseillant pour les courses, les restaurants, les lieux à découvrir. La maison est vaste, ce qui permet à chacun de se trouver un petit coin tranquille ; l'environnement est vraiment beau et le lieu est très au calme, propice à la détente. Petit plus, nous avons eu droit à un sapin décoré pour égayer les fêtes, attention très sympa !

Juste quelques petites remarques (histoire de…) concernant le plan de travail dans la cuisine. Nous avons retiré le four micro-ondes pour gagner de la place et changé la prise pour que les appareils soient branchés en même temps (cafetière, grille-pain, machine expresso). Les machines (cuisinière, lave-linge et sèche-linge) sont un peu anciennes mais fonctionnent.

Maison avec une âme comme dirait mon fils. Très beau bâtiment mis en valeur par du mobilier de brocantes Normand. La proximité de la mer, avec la vue vers Tatihou. Les salles de bain récentes. Le tout équipé. La chaleur ambiante intérieure pour un mois de novembre venteux

Décalage entre les couverts d'une célèbre marque suédoise et le service complet Villeroy et Boch. Mais c'est juste un petit détail.

sensationelle Lage, wunderschöne Villa mit antiken Möbeln, in traumhaftem Park. äusserst zuvorkommender Host. Einfach traumhaft! Empfehlen wir all unseren Freunden und Bekannten und kommen hoffentlich wieder!

Magnifique maison dans un petit coin de paradis

La maison est spacieuse et bien décorée avec une très belle terrasse pour profiter du soleil. On s'y sent bien, complètement déconnecté. La cuisine est bien équipée et permet de cuisiner comme à la maison. Très belle plage à 2 pas et digue en allant vers Saint-Vaast avec en toile de fond, l’Île de Tatihou dans une eau translucide. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et serviables. Nous avons été très bien accueilli. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour et y retournerons sûrement.

Excellent séjour

Villa très spacieuse et très bien équipée. Il ne manquait rien à notre confort. Le mobilier est ancien mais donne beaucoup de charme à la demeure. Nous avons passé 4 nuits sur place et aurions aimé pouvoir rester plus. Notre bébé de 15 mois avait sa petite chambre avec un lit à barreaux et elle a très bien dormi. Les propriétaires sont chaleureux et très généreux, ils nous ont offert du cidre à notre arrivée, et des bouteilles d'eau pour la route à notre départ.

l'emplacement est exceptionnel avec une vue sur Tatihou et St Vaast et à quelques mètres de la plage, juste la route à traverser, pour rejoindre les plages superbes du Val de Saire. La maison ne manque pas de charme, très spacieuse, l'on s'y sent bien et il ne manque rien pour son confort, une excellente literie, la terrasse avec chaises longues et table, chaises est un plus. Les contacts avec les hôtes ont été très agréables. Nous reviendrons...

Sehr gute Lage. Im Haus hat es alles was es braucht. 4 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bad mit WC, 1 Toilette. Dusche, Lavabo. Im EG zusätzlich 1 Toilette. Schöner Garten. Mega Terrasse mit Tisch, Stühlen und Liegestühlen. Besitzer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Tout était beaucoup mieux que ce à quoi nous nous attendions ! Nous avons été accueilli avec une bouteille de cidre fermier dans le frigo et nous avons énormément apprécié. Le frère du propriétaire est venu nous souhaiter la bienvenue et demander si notre installation se passait bien. La maison est immense, les équipements annoncés sur le site sont tout à fait conformes à la description. Les équipements sont de qualité ainsi que les services à vaisselle en nombre dans le mobilier très stylé ! Nous avons apprécié les sanitaires au rez de chaussée et à l’étage. Tout était parfait et nous n’avons qu’une envie c’est de faire profiter à notre entourage de ce petit coin de paradis, d’autant plus que nous avons eu un temps splendide dans cette région où le soleil n’est pas ce que l’on attend le plus ! Merci encore pour tout.

Nous nous sommes sentis un peu perdu avec autant d’espace !!! Cela nous changeait de notre petit appartement parisien
