La ubicación y como acceder al apartamento. Es difícil aparcar

Decoración y comodidad. Respecto a la ubicación, en un sitio próximo tanto al mar como al centro. 7 min.
El suelo estaba sucio. El resto no. El lavabo pequeño e incómodo.

Me gustó la estética del piso en general y las comodidades estaba muy completo. Se ve que cuando lo reformaron queso excelente pero por humedades y falta de mantenimiento correcto se ha ido desgastando y hace que huela a humedad y tengo detalles que mejorar.
Habían aspectos de la limpieza que podrían mejorar. Como de la cocina, las habitaciones y el baño. Había polvo y no había calefacción.
