I loved everything! The villa was exactly like in the pictures! Beautiful, extremely clean and well stocked! The service was top notch, available guest team 24/7! Security 24/7! Everyone willing to go above and beyond for you with smiles! Language barrier was not a problem! They handled all enquiries with quick resolution. 10/10. I wish I had stayed longer and if coming to Bali again, this would be my first choice going forward.

The property has everything you need. The location is great so close to cafes, restaurants, gyms and shops all within walking distance. The staff are amazing looking after us and keeping up communication and would action requests straight away and kept the villa beautifully clean.

There’s nothing to dislike about this villa. I highly recommend.

It was in the most perfect location, in the main hub of everything in canguu, walking distance to anything if that’s what you prefer to do. The villa was big, clean, modern and by far the best I’ve ever stayed in over my years in Bali. It even had a washing machine which was incredibly helpful considering clothes get sweaty ect. So washing clothes daily was refreshing. There was honestly nothing we went without. They had security on the gate and an incredibly helpful team who was always available if we had any questions. We were helped mainly by Nina and Darma who were so beautiful, kind and easy to work with. This villa was also very accomodating to our needs on the last day for a sick friend.

Nothing really, maybe some more natural light into the bathroom but that wasn’t an issue at all.

とても綺麗で過ごしやすいお部屋、毎日のお掃除はとても行き届いていて、困った時の対応もとても迅速でした。 ランドリーを毎日お願いしましたが、ちゃんと対応してくれて助かりました。 ロケーションはバトゥボロン通りの裏で周りはオシャレなカフェやお店が沢山あり最高でした。

シャワーの出が悪いタイミングが有りましたが、直ぐに治しに来て下さいました。 何か起こる事は日本と違うので仕方ない事だと思います。 でも、対応がとても良かったので、助かりました。 プールの周りの草木が写真より育っていて鬱蒼としていました。もう少し草木の手入れをしてプール周りを明るくして下さると嬉しかったです。
