The location is perfect. We were right on the sound, in a relatively peaceful neighborhood. The sunrises and sunsets were gorgeous when it wasn't raining. The kids loved the game room but didn't spend a lot of time down there since we had so much rain and you have to go outside to access the entryway to the room. There is an option for a floating dock and we had every intention of using it but the weather was just not cooperating with us. We enjoyed fishing, kayaking, or just sitting on the back porch and dock. It was all very relaxing and only about 20 minutes to the public access on the beach on North Topsail. Also, the owner was very personable and checked in on us throughout the stay, which was really considerate. I'd say this place is a new favorite for the family!

I really have no complaints! Everything that I can say "I wish there was this or that" is purely a personal preference and is in no reflection of the property or owners. There wasn't anything that I just didn't like.

The view was fantastic! It was very convenient to the MC base and to excellent food options. The neighbors were friendly and informative about the area. The rooms were very comfortable. The host was quick to respond to any needs that arose. The recreation options provided at the property were thoroughly enjoyed by all.
