    I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel in Surat. It is by far one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. Breakfast was advertised to be available until 10:00 AM, but by 9:30 AM most of the food was already finished. The remaining items were tasteless and of poor quality. The hygiene standards were unacceptable. The water bottles had visible stains, the tea cups were stained, and to make matters worse, there were cockroaches in the room. I cannot understand how this hotel has been given a star rating. Based on my experience, I would give it 0/5. I strongly recommend that anyone planning to stay here think twice before booking.
