The apartment was nice.
The pool was nice.
The outer doors did not work properly all of the time.
Needs more than 2 clothes washer and dryers for the building.
No dishwasher.
Could use a more regular maintenance person to attend to the common areas.

Don't be fooled by the outside appearance. When we arrived at the building, I'll admit, we wondered...but The Cordova exceeded our expectations as a place to stay. The apartment was clean, furnished nicely, spacious and comfortable. Especially for longer stays, I believe this is an excellent option. I would 100% stay again.
There might be a few things that require some tweaks: hot water being one. However, it is like any hotel / apartment - nothing is absolutely perfect unless you're willing to pay through the nose. For what you pay, I believe this is an excellent value.

Everybody who worked here was so helpful the apartment was fantastic and very close to everything, shops and restaurants and port. It exceeded my expectations.
