I have never experienced such a level of hospitality!

These are beautiful, modern apartments at a great price. We stayed here for just two days before our cruise, but the communication with the host exceeded all expectations, he even invited us to come back for two additional nights within the next six months!!! I have honestly never experienced such a level of hospitality anywhere else. Moreover, after the cruise we stayed at a hotel that was twice as expensive, yet the conditions there were worse than in these apartments. In short, I can confidently and highly recommend this place!

Nice place for a short stay in Ft Lauderdale.

Fantastic location. Easy to get to Las Olas and Dania Beach too. Minutes from the airport and lots of restaurants and marinas. Very well equipped kitchen. Nice balcony to enjoy coffee in the morning and wine in the evening.

We knew this ahead of time, but you do need to drive to go to the beach.

Excellent Communication. Good location of the hotel. But that's all I can say about this property. Consumer beware of staying on this property.

Sheets were unclean. Lost money from washer machine and dryer machine in the amount of $14. When I contacted the laundry company who told me to contact the host. Contacted the host who told me they would refund the money. Only to find out today I need to speak to booking.com for the refund. White sheets had blood or some type of red statins on it. Living room couch smelled like pee and looked like a pee stain. We had to Lysol the couch. We took pictures of everything that was a problem in the room to avoid any incidental charges. The rooms weren't cleaned properly at all. Elevator made loud noise and shake while getting off of 3rd floor. Also, no emergency phones or call buttons on the elevator which is a hazard if you get stuck on it.

We stayed for two nights with the family. We liked everything very much. Clean, comfortable room. The only request is to increase the number of towels. Two pieces for 4 people, very little. And so I liked everything. Next time we will not even look for something else, we will stay in this beautiful hotel.

It was fine but equivalent to a one or two star hotel, not 4 star like listing says.

Walking distance to the convention center for the Fort Lauderdale Boat Show, bed was comfortable, nice to have a kitchen.

Bathroom door was warped and wouldn’t close. There were only 2 thin towels for our stay. There was only one tiny body wash, shampoo and conditioner for our stay. Furnishings were very low quality.

Very clean, beautifully decorated, elevator conveniently located by front door which is great if you have a lot of luggage like I did. Host was very responsive and helpful. Would recommend.

Only thing I can think of is the air conditioning. Didn’t feel like it reached to the bedroom so it got a bit stuffy in there at night. A fan would have helped tremendously.

Great place for a get away

exceptional cleanliness, location remotely to shops gym restaurants etc and the hospitality and the prompt response of the staff, always on top ready to answer any question and assist you either anything.

Maybe the wifi connection wasn’t so strong, had a bit of issues connecting my phone device to the smart TCL Tv but wasn’t a big big deal for us since we spend most of our tine outdoors.

Would stay again

We highly enjoyed our stay at Cordova Arms. Everything was super clean. The kitchen had a 4-person setting, pots small drip coffee maker with reusable filter. We stayed for a week and ot was pretty quiet. The company was easily reached and responsive when we needed something. They also checked in via text during our stay just to see how everything was. We could walk half a block to Winn Dixie. 20 min walk to the Convention Center.

The twin mattresses were a bit too thin. Although, the King was much better.

The property looks exactly how it is in photos, very secure and safe. The owner was very helpful and nice and easy to be contacted when questions and concerns were raised. It was close to Fort Lauderdale airport,close to las olas restaurant’s Walmart just love the location

The apartment was spotless, beautifully designed, and so cozy—perfect for me and my son. The location was ideal: peaceful and private, yet close to everything we wanted to explore. Estuvimos 1 hora y media tratando de ingresar a la habitación. El departamento que nos indicaron por whatsap no era el correcto por lo que la clave no funcionaba. Cuando nos informaron cuál era el correcto en un piso superior, no funcionó la clave hasta que luego de insistir, nos enviaron la clave correcta. Una de los 3 departamentos reservados tenía solo una pequeña ventana con vidrio fijo y no podía abrirse. El sofá cama para los niños era muy pequeño y las sábanas eran mas pequeñas aún.

A localização é excelente e a agilidade na comunicação também

Fizemos uma reserva para apenas uma noite. Chegamos as 17:30 e saímos as 04:00 do outro dia. Ficamos sem energia, o prédio todo com energia e o apt sem, foi solucionado, mas foi um experiência ruim. A luminosidade do apartamento não é como nas fotos. No quarto somente dois abajures para iluminação e no banheiro quase nada, dificuldade para maquiagem e cuidados com crianças.
