Everybody loved this house! So much so, that we'll be back next year for a whole week!!

The age range of this family is from 10 to 72. Everybody had enough space. The younger ones enjoyed the game room (although the pool table couldn't be levelled) The pool was refreshing and about 5 ft deep at the deepest end. The spa has a waterfall into the pool - a very relaxing sound. The kitchen is quite large, as is the living room area and the areas around the pool. The kitchen had enough plates, cups, glasses, silverware, pots and pans, etc. The dishwasher worked well. The refrigerator holds ALOT of food. Each of the beds were VERY comfortable, as were the pillows. The air conditioner worked really well. The house is close to "everything" grocery store, fast food, Walgreens, gas station. Theo was our "Guest Specialist" and he was amazing - he was kind, patient and funny!!

The ice maker in the freezer was frozen solid and couldn't be used, which was unfortunate given we were experiencing temps of 100+ degrees. We were told it could be fixed/replaced IF we were willing to defrost the freezer, which we couldn't do because it was full of food. So - we bought big bags of ice and were reimbursed for 1/2 of what we'd paid for ice, which was a great gesture. The air conditioning in one of the rooms wasn't working well, which worked out well because that person isn't accustomed to sleeping in air conditioning. Housekeeping did come and determined the thermostat needed recharging, which happened, but then we were told we needed a PIN number and then we just stopped worrying about it. The jets in the spa weren't working as they should UNTIL the morning of our departure. The trash from the previous renters hadn't been emptied from the garbage bins, leaving very little room for the trash that we had. The coffee pot is NOT a Keurig-type but worked well. The game room is the garage and it is NOT air conditioned and there is no fan, so it was VERY hot, not that it stopped the young folks from playing in there!
